"Jeff Regan, Investigator"

This series ran from 7/10 to 12/18/48 on CBS West Coast at 9:30pm Pacific time on Saturdays and starred Jack Webb as Jeff Regan, a tough private eye who worked for a detective bureau run by Anthony J. Lyon. This series is considered to be Webb's transition from his campy characters Pat Novak, and Johnny Madero to a more straightforward, matter-of-fact character, like the one he would portray in Dragnet. Gone were the corny metaphors and humor. They were replaced by action and drama. It was never the show that Novak or Madero was, but no matter, Dragnet was just around the corner. From 10/5/49 to 8/27/50, the lead was taken over by Frank Graham and eventually the show was revamped and given a new name, The Lion's Eye.

NOTE: Due to a server crash recently at SaveFile.com, these files are currently unavailable.
I have been very busy with my new Disc Jockey company and with production of new episodes of
The Glowing Dial of late and have not had time to upload these files once again.
SaveFile.com does not have batch uploading so all the files have to be uploaded one-at-a-time.
This is very time consuming so please be patient and I will try to get the files back up as I have spare
time to do so.  I apologize for any inconvenience.

All episodes of Jeff Regan, Investigator can be downloaded here.

NOTE: The new file storage system we are using deletes files (episodes) automatically if they sit on the server for 30 days without a download.  This is beyond our control and we have no realistic way of keeping up with checking on this.  So, we ask you, our loyal listeners to inform us if you find a file (episode) missing.  Upon receiving such a notice, we will upload the episode to the server in as timely a fashion as we are able.

ALSO: Please do your best to not be a "bandwidth hog".  We ask that you limit your downloads to a "reasonable" amount per day.  Please do not use "download managers" either.  Although we have unlimited storage space and unlimited bandwidth at our current storage location, we do not wish to "abuse" this privilege and "crash" or "severely limit" their server.  Remember, there are many others who want to download these files as badly as you do so please give them a fair chance too.
