SIGHTINGS DVD ORDER FORM

Please read these instructions very carefully!
1.) Enter all information requested. This is important so that I may contact you with your order total.
2.) Select episode(s) wanted by clicking the checkbox(es) to the left of the episode title(s).
3.) Select postage method preferred from drop-down box.
4.) Indicate whether or not you wish your shipment insured by the USPS.
5.) Click SUBMIT when finished.
6.) When I receive your order, I will respond in a timely fashion with your order total.
7.) Payment will be accepted in the form of a money order or you may pay securely online with PayPal.
8.) PLEASE, NO PERSONAL CHECKS! Any checks will be returned with a firm but polite request for a money order.
9.) If paying via a money order, please wait until you receive an e-mail from me with your order total as I need to calculate this based on your choice of episodes, postage method and insurance, if you selected that option.
10.) If you choose PayPal as your payment method, after submitting this form, you will shortly be receiving a PayPal invoice from me in your e-mail with your total amount due. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay me via PayPal.
11.) Upon my receipt of your payment, I will process and ship your order in a timely fashion, usually within 2-3 weeks (maybe a bit longer if you select The Big Package). If, for some reason, there is a delay in processing and/or shipping your order, I will notify you via e-mail and let you know what is happening.
12.) I AM NOT SELLING THESE SHOWS!!! THE CHARGES ARE ONLY FOR DUBBING, WEAR & TEAR ON EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS and POSTAGE!!!
13.) THIS IS A SERVICE TO MY FELLOW FANS!!! I MAKE NO CLAIMS OF ANY KIND AS TO OWNERSHIP OR COPYRIGHT OF THIS SERIES!!!
